I was born in
South Carolina, naked, under a purple moon.
I started riding when I was 12 years old. My daddy
bought me a bright red Alstate Motorscooter. I proceeded to take all the
panels off the back and rode it until it just couldn't take anymore. Later
when I was about 21 years old I bought my second bike. It was a gold 1971
Yamaha 750. I rode it until someone decided to pull out in front of me and
I T-boned him. That set me back about 25 years as far as
riding.
My Scrapbook - MEMORY
LANE
In July of 2002 I decided once again
that it was time to ride. I bought myself a 2002 Yamaha V-Star. Cathy and
I enjoyed riding together for the next 2 years or so when I was introduced
to the SCRC, Lost Mtn Chapter. I was having the time of my life. If I
wasn't riding with Cathy I was out on a ride with my new found
family.
WE'VE BEEN THROUGH A LOT
TOGETHER
Since the
accident in March 2007, I haven't been able to ride my bike much. We
are fortunate though because all of our friends are very accepting of the fact that
I can not ride and just recently named me and Cathy the proud, the
first, Lost Mtn. Tail Gunners!! We Love each and every one of
you and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you have done and
continue to do for us...........
